Spectrum.com review: Service degrading

Have had spectrum internet for a few years and the service is going downhill rapidly. I live just outsided Charlotte, NC. Friends and coworkers are experiencing the same issues. Internet constantly goes out. The mighty spectrum CS team provides mixed results, In the past 24hrs there have been issues in my area, and they are working on it, to there haven't been any issues at all it must be at your home. I've spoken with 4 cs reps and never have gotten the same response, not even close, which speaks volumes.
But you do get to sit on hold for 27 mins listening to how great they are, and you'll never miss a game or event when that's exactly what just happened "again".
They have no idea what they are doing, and say whatever is convenient to them, they absolutely do not care about their customers but encourage you to continue to pay for service they are not providing.
Again, initially no issues, then some, then more and more. Attempting to get progress through a cs group that has no idea what they are doing is infuriating as the "issue" changes every few hours depending on who answers the phone.
If you have options other than spectrum explore them. Spectrum turns into garbage and is unreliable.
I can't stand spectrum now!
