We had five windows replaced about eight years ago by Champion. There are warrantied against failure for life. All five windows have failed and are foggy. One even has insects in between the panes of glass. I called in the beginning of November to get them replaced. The receptionist at first seemed so nice and so polite and told me she would order new windows and we would have them fixed in about six weeks. That was four months ago and today I was still told it would be another month, so much for a warranty. Avoid Champion Windows. I just looked at the BBBs rating for them and they have an A+. How can that be when I see complaints all over the internet about the company?

Today Champion Windows finally came and replaced the windows. They are clear and look nice except for one with a scratch which they said they will replace. The crew that came today was very nice and seemed very professional. They said that they had only worked for Champion for a short time but they did seem to know what they were doing and gave attention to detail. Time will tell about the quality of the replacement windows. So we'll see. They did at least honor the warranty. Hopefully . .

Champion Windows finally came today to replace the one sash that had the scratch. They brought a window without grids and all of mine have grids. You'd think they could get one sash ordered correctly. Of course the local office blamed it on the factory not making it correctly. I'd more likely believe that the local office did not order it with the grids. What a joke. So now I was told it will be another 8 weeks to order the new window. Really?!?

CHAMPION WINDOWS ARE THIEVES. THEY BAIT AND SWITCH, REFUSE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES AND MISTREAT CUSTOMERS. THE ONLY WAY TO ACHIEVE SATISFACTION IS TO SUE THEM IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT.

Champion Windows is a bait and switch company. Do Not do business with these thieves. The BBB and Good Housekeeping sell their seal of approval to business allowing them to advertise they are members of BBB and Good Housekeeping.

I work for Window World, and we are strong believers in letting the company, quality, warranty and price speak for itself. No bad mouthing since I'm nor a customer. But I've heard many many bad things about high pressure and high pricing. I tell consumers every day their is only so much that can be done to make a great window great. The secret is massive volume by a national company like window world stressing high quality at great pricing. I could not work for a company who's goal is to get as much money as possible in each home. Window World guarantess lowesy pricing on highest quality and come into homes with straitforwardness...including pricing. Sorry to hear about the sill failures in the windows.
