CFMoto
Please read the email I received from your Dealer in Walker, MN and my response to him after I filled out a Survey from CF Moto, this is a result of Issues I have had with a 2024 CFMoto Cforce 600, LCELDUZXRT000587 with 425 miles on it. Please note I also own a 2022 Cforce 600 I have had no issues with. His email is rude and insulting and is missing facts such as the fact I complained about the difficult shifting from the time I bought this unit. If this is the response a customer gets after filling out a survey CFMOTO sends than please do not send me any surveys in the future. Maybe you should insist on and teach your dealers about customer service towards your customers.
Below is from the dealer:
I just read the CFMOTO survey you submitted and am very confused. You state that my whole dealership is horrible yet you purchased a tractor from me? I have no control over CFMOTO’s warranty as the clutch is only covered by the manufacturer for 90 days and the repair was done at 13 months of ownership. I am not in business to pay for everyones repairs for the life of their vehicle, no business will do this. I see that my wife discounted the repair to help but apparently that was not enough. I am sorry that you feel this way about us and hope whomever you find for future needs will meet your expectations.
My Response to the dealer
No where in that survey did I state that your dealership was horrible. The main complaint i made was about the product. Was i disappointed, absolutely because of the fact I complained about the hard shifting from the beginning, was told by your mechanic, give it some time (break-in) and see if it gets better. It DID NOT and at the 200 mile checkup I complained again. They said they cleaned the clutch. Still had the same hard shifting but now would pop out of low gear. Brought it in with 420 miles on it and you guys replaced the slides. Not covered by the warranty and at this rate I'll be replacing slides 2 × every oil change. Now that is true BS. By the way I have had no issues with the first ATV I bought from you. So if you think I expect you to pay for repairs for the life of the products I buy from you, your flat wrong, do expect a dealership to stand by what they sell, I do. I will be buying a side by side next year but it will not be a CF Moto which is one of the things I did say in the survey.
Claimed loss: $195.59 for the slides when this should have been taken care of day 1 after purchase
Desired outcome: stand by their products and service
