On April 2, 2025, I made a transaction to withdraw my money. I purchased a batch of ETH to withdraw and transfer it to my Shakepay account. The money was withdrawn, but instead of being transferred to my Shakepay account, my money was blocked; it's frozen in the MY Asset section. I've tried several times to contact CEX.IO customer service, but they haven't responded.
How can I get it back?
