On 9/19/22, I paid Traders Agency Inc $1497 for a subscription to ***'s Top 5. It came with a written guarantee that if you're not satisfied within 90 days, you can get a 100% refund, no questions asked. I've asked for a refund four times, but haven't received anything. All they've done is say they want to talk on the phone. It's clear they're just trying to find an excuse not to give me my money back.

I bought a new program from Trader Agency Inc for $1,495. The Principle Trader who initially got me into the program left in the second week. I contacted them and asked for a refund, but they told me to give the new guy a chance. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. I reached out to them again after about three weeks and explained that I had given the new guy a chance, but they said it was too late for a refund. I argued with them, and they offered me credit for another course, but I would have to pay an additional $495. I didn't think I should have to pay anything for their misrepresentation of services, but they convinced me that if I spent $1,000 for the lifetime of the new program, I would receive a guarantee for a full refund if I didn't like the new service. So, I paid them the $1,000 with the new guarantee, which I think was either 60 or 90 days. Within 40 days, I contacted them again to request a refund and asked them to credit my money back to my credit card because I wasn't happy. I only received two stock recommendations, and one resulted in a loss of 16.45%, while the other had a gain of 2.35%. Now they are telling me that they won't refund the $1,495 because it has been too long (they are salespeople who don't honor their commitments, even when you try to work with them).

I bought the Tunnel Trading system and Tunnel Trading software from Trader Agency Inc. They had a last-minute offer where I could enroll in their online seminar and get a refund within 60 days. I also purchased the Destination Trader package on a similar "One time offer." The total cost was $1,994.00. However, I must say that the TT and DT systems are not worth the price they charge. They don't perform as they claim in the seminar, and they are not exclusive to Josh M. I'm 70 years old and want to trade for a living, but I don't want to be scammed out of my hard-earned money. Trading already has its risks, and it's unfair to be conned by people who claim to be expert traders without any proof. They lied about the 60-day refund offer, and they still advertise it in their literature. I was about to hang up on the seminar until they used these dishonest tactics. Josh M assured me that if the Tunnel Trader System didn't work, I could get a full refund within 60 days. However, getting in touch with their customer support regarding a refund is nearly impossible. They have a sneaky way of making you forfeit your refund privilege when you try to access the indicator on their trading software. To get the TT system, you have to sign a "Licensing Agreement & Liability Waiver." If you don't read or understand the fine print, you unknowingly give up your right to a refund. So, the refund is only valid if you never ask to use the software. I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't understand this until it was too late. These guys are deceitful and should be stopped.
