Prices are good, customer response is fast. I sent them an email with questions and requests right after I placed my order, and they got back to me right away. Still waiting for my purchase to come (because it's a busy time), but I'm happy with their customer service. I'll let you know if anything changes.

I've made 4 orders from Monument Metals LLC in the past 6 months. Each order had gold, silver, and platinum bars. I didn't face any problems. They have a nice variety of products and their prices are reasonable compared to other websites I've seen. The shipping is pretty quick too. Overall, it has been a smooth experience getting back into collecting. Great job, keep it up!

I wanna give a shoutout to Dan and John at Monument Metals LLC. Dan was super helpful in teaching me how to place an order using e-checks, and John came through when I needed to cancel a small order on Monday. This morning, John was a lifesaver as I wrapped up my order with the e-check. These guys are top-notch employees!

Jonathan and his team have been awesome thus far. I've made lots of purchases and the service has been fantastic. The only downsides are that Jonathan is now passing on more of the responses to his employees as the business expands. Additionally, there are some problems with the website, which I believe is because of their rapid growth. Nevertheless, I believe they are an excellent company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

I will never do business with this company again! I bought 30 RCM 10oz bars from MONUMENT METALS. First of all, they were left on my front doorstep even though I was told they would need a signature. The box was really beat up. The bars were crammed into the box with just a small piece of wrapping paper, which didn't protect them at all. The plastic covering on these bars had come off in many cases and was dirty and grimy. There were dented edges and black marks on the corner serrations. I bought these bars on behalf of a family trust, but my decision was overruled, so I couldn't return them. I will never make this mistake again!

I bought some silver and gold coins from Monument Metals LLC on Aug 27, 2018. My order had 3 items, 2 silver and 1 gold. The silver items were right, but the gold one was wrong. I wanted a 50 Pessos gold coin weighing 1.2 oz, but they sent me a 1 oz gold coin that looks kinda like the 50 Pessos coin. So, there's a 0.2 oz difference. I paid $1534.06 for 1.2 oz, but I got cheated out of $255.68 (now worth $300) for that missing 0.2 oz. I talked to them today, and they said they can't do anything. They don't have records from 3 years ago, and they don't care about fixing the problem. This company messes up your order and won't help you with their mistake. Needless to say, I won't be dealing with them again, especially after spending thousands of dollars.

First time customer, ordered a medium-sized 100oz silver package. Unfortunately, my shipment had a shipping label created, but the *** status never shows that they received it. I started inquiring back on Dec 22nd via email to the customer support, Giselle S. Their emails have been respectful and polite.

The latest reply on Dec 29th,
"A claim has been filed for this package as of Tuesday, 12/27. It can take up to 10 business days for a claim to be closed with Fedex. Once the formal claim has been closed and paid by ***, we will be able to reship your items. When our representative alerts me to the closing of the claim, we will email you tracking of the reshipment. Thank you, and we appreciate your patience as we work through our system of operations to resolve the issue."

It's possible that *** stole the shipment. What I find strange is that they never show receiving the shipment. There seems to be an issue with the chain of custody. Ultimately, it's Monument Metals' responsibility to deliver my shipment promptly. The customer shouldn't have to wait for them to sort out this mess with Fed Ex.
