Over the last 3 years I've worked for ceva logistics Barnoldswick I loved my job but the last occasion this ended not very nice indeed.i got told I would be made permanent that turned into nothing but lies.there was three of us all got told we were getting made permanent to my astonishment only two got it one fella glenn corma and rightly so he was there before me and a 17year old lad called kieren the son of one of bosses dave Simpson he had only been there 10 weeks and got made permanent.so as it turns out there was only two jobs going after constant questions to the boss rob bryan he just kept phobbing me off so therefore that left me no alternative to seek work elsewhere highly disappointed in rob bryan he's just lied lied and lied bad management all round disgusting the lads I worked with were gob smacked at how I have been treated there is also the factor if you don't work overtime you are shown the door bully boy tactics. Rob bryan dave Simpson on overtime get £20 an hour working sat or sun us £9.00 for sat £10 for Sundaynot on.i am now taking this matter further.how can a lad of 17 get full time employment after 10 weeks 35 years experience I've had in factories in various rolls.contructive dissmisle and nepotism this should not be happening but its here ceva logistics Barnoldswick you really need to wake up or higher management needs to step in and get this sorted
