Courier not delivered
We registered a courier with some house hold items in Gati Services on 26th of March 2021 from Vizianagaram 535002 to Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081.
Still they are not delivered our product and their docket show invalid while checking online. When we contact customer support they says to ask the shipper properly sent are not. Once we handed over the goods then it should be whose responsivity to deliver ontime.

my docket number was [protected] in Gati and they have assured of delivery on 14th November 2019 and parcel recived on their destination city that is bhadreswar on 13th november 2019 at near about 12 P.M. and they doesnot delivered on that day that was ok as they assured date was 14th November but on 14th November firstly they messaged of out for delivery on thier website and after some time they messaged undelivered due to vechicle not avilable. how such can be happen to such a big logistic and again on 15th November they were out for delivery and this time at late night near about 9 P.M. they are saying undelivered due to material not found. what does this means ? is it they have lost the parcel which was emergency medicine of customer as I am owner of "PRADHAN MANTRI BHARTIYA JANAUSHADHI KENDRA" at BHADRESWAR. after arguging on customer care they said that they doesnot have proper address of ware house and doesnot have phone number and after lots of argument they provide two numbers one after one that's are 8146647395 of Abhi Sharma the manager who is looking over the matter but after I rang him he doesnot picked my phone and then switched off his phone. and another phone number provided of driver named Subir Bala who's number was 8013693460 and after giving near about 15 calls on this number he doesnot replied last night and morning I too tried to call but again phone get rang out no one picked up.
Hence, do the necessary step to teach such logistic team who are telling we registered complaint and they doesnot know any thing of their ware house such as address and telephone number and neither called me back and I have offered that make a call to me or tell your otharise person to call me otherwise I will bear his call charges Rs.10 per minutes for making call to me.
what to do? where to do?

on todays date they are saying that they have delivered to Bhadreswar Municaliplity.
how such can be happened I am unable to understand because my address was 80 ferry ghat street, telinipara, babubazar, bhadreswar, pin-712125, hooghly where as Municaliplity address is being G.T. Road, Highschool, Bhadreswar -712124.
pincode of both address is different and and addresses are also different.
store name in above provided with code is PMBJK05921 and as well as full name of store PRADHAN MANTRI BHARTIYA JANAUSHADHI KENDRA.
Now clarify how this can be happened. They might be outsider but no all the people belongs to bhadreswar as because warehouse situated on bhadreswar municaliplity area as there area pincode is 712124. then how this thing happened.
Mr. Gunesh as per head of Hooghly Branch in Gati whose phone number is [protected] says me on my call that order is delivered and he will provide his organisation a seal of organisation that they have delivered at that the person who has delivered at time has not seen the seal or sign of person they are delivering.
please take neccessary action regarding them.
