I placed a shoe order from Cettire at the beginning of December. The item was shipped via FedEx and reached my city within 3–4 days. However, the FedEx courier never came to my door. No one rang my bell or contacted me. They only entered the building, left a note in the mailbox, and left.
As a result, the package was returned to the sender without ever being delivered to me. I never received or touched the shoes.
On December 15, Cettire emailed me confirming that they received the returned item and stated that my refund would be processed within 7–10 business days. Today is January 13, and despite sending 10–15 follow-up emails, the refund has still not been issued. I keep receiving the same response: “We are waiting for an update from upper management,” which is unprofessional and delaying.
This situation caused a serious loss of trust. I would also like to note that I have a large network of people who actively use this platform, and I am sharing my experience with them. This type of service directly affects customer trust and brand reputation.
I regularly shop from platforms like Farfetch and have never experienced anything like this. Their processes are clear, fast, and professional.
I have now given Cettire 8 hours to complete the refund. If it is not processed within this time, I will contact my bank to start a chargeback and submit formal complaints across all relevant platforms.
I am writing this review to inform and protect other customers. Please think carefully before ordering from this platform.
