I am a small woman owned business who did a job for Certification Academy last June. They have since been refusing to pay me what I'm owed. They did make a $500 payment on a $4000 invoice in February so they know the money is owed to me. They refuse to answer my calls. They threaten me with lawsuits for just asking when I will be paid. I can't afford a lawyer so my only recourse is to just ask for what is due to me. I'm only asking for the remainder of my invoice to be paid. I just don't understand why no one will pay me.

So far, no resolution on my complaint even though they've read it.
I'm hoping they will do the right thing! Also, why do they have this complaint board if nothing gets resolved and no one responds?
