WARNING! Do NOT Use or Provide Training
I was contacted and signed a contract in May. 2024. I delivered a total of 10 days of training for 3 separate courses, in July and August, with a payment agreement to receive payment 30 days after each course ended.
60 days later, they are still “working to pay $7,000 in invoices. Refusing to return phone messages and emails.
I am only seeking fair and contractual agreements they made me sign.
Recommendation: Find Another more reputable provider.

Overdue Invoice since June of 2024
I have been trying to collect on an overdue invoice since June of 2024. They did pay $500 out of the total of $4000. At first, they just kept telling me it was "processing" but that never came to fruition. I have been very patient but I'm a small business so not receiving this payment has hurt my company. Now, they are threatening me with a lawsuit just for asking for my money! They claim I'm harassing. How am I harassing when I'm just asking for what is due. I hope no one else gets treated like this. Also, I don't understand this website. No one has EVER responded to any of my complaints. Wish Certification Academy would just do the honorable thing and pay me what I'm owed. That would do wonders for their reputation but I'm not holding my breath. It's just very disheartening when a company doesn't pay for a job successfully completed. It's a shame...

I paid Six Sigma Camp $3899 for a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt class in Atlanta GA on December 9. The class was supposed to start on 12/16 - 12/20, but I was "wait listed". I've been waiting for this class since December . They keep rescheduling and not delivering on the original purchase. I noticed in September that their email account changed to Certification Academy. They won't give me my money back. I think they did something wrong.

I signed up for a PMP Boot Camp in Feb 2020 that was supposed to run in July . Cuz of Covid-19, my in-person class was moved to virtual in Dec 2020. They said I'd get a refund of $200 cuz of the change. I've been talking to them for almost 8 months to get that credit but they keep saying they will but they haven't. As of 6/11 I can't get a hold of anyone at the company and my emails aren't being answered. I want my credit back on my credit card like they promised.

I had some trouble with Certification Academy. They said they would send me a $200 refund check because my training got moved from in-person to virtual because of Covid-19. Candice G from the management team said they would process it and give me a tracking number, but I didn't get one. I contacted them a few times and finally got a tracking number, but there hasn't been any movement on the refund. I tried to contact them again, but they haven't responded. Their website says classes always happen, but that's not true. I asked for a refund, but they said no. I want a refund because they didn't do what they promised. I had some issues with this company that made me want to complain. First, I paid for a class in January that was supposed to happen in DC in early March. I went there and checked into a hotel, but they called me later that day to say the class was cancelled. Cancelling the class in less than 24 hours was not cool. They rescheduled for the following month, but due to Covid the class got rescheduled a few more times. Second, Covid hit me and my family hard, so I asked for a refund since I'm not sure I can take the class this year and I need the money since I'm unemployed. The support team and management were difficult to work with regarding a refund. They wouldn't make any exceptions for the global crisis. They kept trying to talk me out of a refund and said maybe they could give me a partial refund, but never followed up with more information. They never got back to me on this and I had to initiate the conversation again. Third, Certification Academy would send me information or confirmations for the wrong class. This made me lose confidence in their organization and competence.
This company cancelled my event in Charlotte, to reschedule, to cancel again, to offer a reimbursement if I travelled for the class. Only to not give me my reimbursement. It has been over a month and I am still waiting on the reimbursement. DO NOT work with this company.

I am also in a similar position. I taught the PMI-ACP course in March 2025, and I still have not received my payment.
Numerous times I tried, but I received the same answer: we are working on it. It's a typical response they give.
My understanding is that they are a bunch of crooks; that is all.
I am in a similar situation and I am owed for 4 invoices (3 from 2022 and 1 from 2023).
I have attempted to resolve this numerous times but have NOT BEEN successful.
I hope you get paid.
You should identify other instructors who have not been paid.
My advise is to find training companies that have good recommendations as Project Management training is in huge demand and the field is going.
