Personal alcohol license
I applied to your company for a personal License course and to you to apply for a premises license, i was sent the training video and the mock exam.
I took the exam and failed i then phoned your company to speak to the account manager i told him that his mock exam had no bearing on the actual exam.
He then went on to say that he phoned me before the exam to offer an on line training course to which he said he had spoken to me and i declined his offer when i told him that he hadn't spoken to me and that there was no such phone call his reply was he must of been mistaken.
After further conversation i was offered a retest and exam tuition with Mr Ula who i though professional and informative then i sat there waiting to take the test but i hadn't been booked in so there was no test i then spoke to other members of your team who apologized for the mistake.
i have now asked for a full refund as i have no faith in your companies ability to get me what i have asked for i have been told you don't give refunds read your contract and the exam has been set even if it has been set you haven't carried out the work for the premises license so this should be refundable
Desired outcome: I would like a refund in full as i intend to use another companies services

They are the worst for sure.
Separate words should be said about their customer service. I have never experienced the worst treatment to customers. Rude, obnoxious and absolutely intolerant people. They behave like garbage, absolutely disrespectful. I felt really terrible when talking to them. Childish behaviour. When you call you'll be on hold for several minutes and then they just hung up on you for no reason.
I'm so disappointed and angry. Please, don't waste your time and money on these jokers.
