a community project of grdmother maria elizabeth embry, a self funded anti human trafficking advocate based in California.
GOALS:
to STOP the illegal activities of Philippine Trade Ambassador to the U.S. Jose E.B. Antonio (JEBA) builder of Trump Tower Philippines (DBA Century Properties) in sending groups of Filipino dancers to the U.S. but upon arrival turned them into unlicensed, illegal agents selling multimillion peso condos located in the Philippines, a clear violation of their U.S. visit visas
ACTION PLAN:
1) To raise worldwide community awareness that these are clearly HUMAN TRAFFICKING activities of sending foreign workers to perform illegal, unlicensed jobs that could result in their being prosecuted, jailed & deported
2) To start a worldwide online petition to:
a) Urge the U.S. & Philippine governments to investigate & prosecute the human trafficking & multiple visa violations of Ambassador JEBA
b) Urge Pres Duterte to withdraw the appointment of Ambassador JEBA as the Philippine Trade Ambassador to the U.S. and/or to urge Pres Trump not to accept the appointment of Ambassador JEBA to the office.
c) Urge the California State government to investigate & prosecute Ambassador JEBA for violations of the real estate licensing, tax laws & regulations that seek to protect California labor, local & foreign workers, consumers & business from exploitation
d) Persevere until all objectives & action plan are accomplished.
NO FUNDRAISING OF ANY KIND WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE OBJECTIVES and ACTION PLAN

This screen shot was posted with malicious intent. File a case in court, use that screen shot as an attachment, and wait for the judges decision. Do not spread the issue, upload a screen shot, and let let people online judge the case. Duh!!!

This company have violated laws of different countries not only that of The United States, sending their agents on a tourist visa and making them sell condominiums is Visa Fraud! This company thinks that they can get away with all the crimes they have committed! I don't think so. sooner or later people will find out.

@NoToSexualHarrasment If the company has violated any law and you have proof, file it in court not here. You are looking and trying to convince people to believe your accusations without them knowing the whole story. We are not court judges here. Go to the proper forum. My unsolicited advice!
