I got my new house from Ashburn homes on March 18th
I got my new house from Ashburn homes on March 18th. I did everything I was supposed to do, but Ashburn homes didn't do their part. They don't answer my emails and they haven't fixed the sink hole under my front walk. My daughter fell into the hole and she's only three years old. They were supposed to give us a landscape package, but they haven't done that either. I email them every week to ask about the punch list and warranty stuff, but they don't answer me. I have all the emails to show the complaint officer.

I got a big problem with my house that the builder won't fix. I live in *** Acres in Lewes and my house is 3 years old. My basement floods after most big rains and most of the water comes from a crawl space under my sunroom. The crawl space floods after heavy rains and I got 4 cracks in my basement wall that let water in. My 2 sump pumps run all year long since the first year I had the house. The first year I had the house, I had cracks in the basement wall that let water in. They sent a guy from Absolution Inc to fix it and he did a good job. But in 2020, I got major flooding in my crawl space after big rains and it just happened again on Jan 3, 2021. I called Absolution Inc but they won't return my calls or texts. When I call Ashburn Homes, they tell me they can't do anything about it and to call Absolution Inc. All new homes have a 10 year warranty but Ashburn Homes won't help me. There are 4 other lots ready for new homes in *** Acres and other houses here got basement issues too. Potential buyers need to know that after 1 year, Ashburn Homes won't help you with basement flooding issues. For me, it started at year 1 but got worse on year 3. I got pictures and videos of the flooding and the cracks in my basement wall. Ashburn Homes won't help me out!
