Century Properties Agent (Reynaldo Hayag) guaranteed to me that he will REFUND my Reservation Fee even its stated on the form that I signed that my reservation fee are NON-REFUNDABLE. Before I signed those form I asked and clearly told him that I want my RESERVATION FEE be refundable, Reynaldo Hayag definitely said a big "YES of course". He told me that form I signed are just for formality and doesn't harm my money.
When I saw the UNIT "FREMONT PH1 B1 L3" I was very disappointed. It was completely looks AWFUL. Century and Staff didn't do their part to satisfied me as a Buyer. I sent them an E-mail regarding this matter but they ignore me and keep me waiting. And to make story short I just received E-mail now from IMELDA MANALILI LACAYANGA that my request for REFUND was DECLINED because of those papers I signed.
PLEASE HELP ME. This is totally SCAM.. they just want the money from the prospect buyer like me
As far as i know, the unit you saw is not yet for turn over to you, since you only paid a reservation fee. You need to pay certain amount for several months before it will be turned over to you. So dont get disappointed if you see it in awful state. Im an owner here from Century Propert..
ALWAYS ALWAYS be mindful of what you signed for. Never engage in verbal agreements because that will be the reason for your misfortune. But, this was not Century who did you bad, it was your evil sales agent. I hope he can sleep after what he has done to you. Tsk tsk tsk.
As the song goes "IT'S THE LOVER NOT THE LOVE WHO BROKE YOUR HEART LAST TIME". It was the agent who scammed you, not Century. Walang puso. Malamang terminated na yang ahente na yan.

As you have said in the papers that you have signed and reservation fees are non-refundable. You were scammed not by Century Properties but your sales representative. I don't know why there are representatives that can do something to discredit the reputation of the company. I hope you can get back with the agent.
