We bought our house from Stoneridge Homes and we've had a problem with water not draining from our backyard since we moved in. I've talked to them about it, but they keep blaming the ***. When it rains a lot, we can't even go outside because the water just sits there for days and it smells bad. I've sent them videos of the problem, but they just keep blaming the city instead of fixing it. It's been a frustrating experience.

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Stoneridge Homes. I've been trying to get some repairs done for months now, but it seems like they just don't care. I uploaded a request on their Warranty portal back in November, before my warranty was even up, and they still haven't done anything about it. The ceiling in my kitchen area has huge cracks along the beam, and they did a half-assed patch job that didn't even fix the problem. Now the beam has moved and the cracks are even worse. And don't even get me started on the moisture in my floors - it's been six months and they still haven't fixed it or given me a date for repairs.

I've tried to communicate with Callie *** about these issues multiple times, but she just keeps telling me that my warranty has expired. But here's the thing - these items were in the portal before the warranty expired! It's like they're just trying to avoid doing any actual work. I wouldn't recommend Stoneridge Homes to anyone.

They messed up my yard big time! Stoneridge Homes started working on the lot next to mine in 2019. They found a yellow cable but instead of dealing with it, they just left it hanging out of the ground. I talked to the construction manager, *** in person in February about the cable and other issues, like when their concrete supplier parked in my yard and broke my sidewalk. Stoneridge ignored the cable and left it there until they finished the house months later. Now the cable is on my property, buried on one end. The new neighbors moved in next door and when I came back from being out of town, the cable was coiled up and taped with black electrical tape on my property.

We bought our house from Stoneridge Homes on 1/24. They said they would finish some things by 1/31 but they didn't. There were other things not done too, like the grill, back patio granite, and back patio flooding. We paid $18,000 for the patio upgrade but the grill doesn't work and the patio floods because there are no drains. We had to buy more stuff to make the grill work but it's still not done. They were supposed to fix the sprinkler system in February but they haven't. The upstairs bathtubs don't drain and the walls, baseboards, and ceiling are warped from a leak during building. They said they fixed it but they didn't. We've asked for help but they haven't given us any information.
