Central Fiscal Service

Central Fiscal Service put a $904.00 collections on my credit reports. I have a 100% payment history. If I would have owed this I would have paid it. I called Central Fiscal Service and told them this isn't mine and I'm disputing. The offered me 50% . The credit bureaus have denied my disputes. So I called back Central Fiscal Service and was not only yelled at but laughed at and I asked for debt verification, he told me that whenever experian denied my disputes that that was my poof. This can't be right. So basically someone can just put a collections on your report. I really feel like they should have to pay me for trying to get this done and I don't know where to go from here. I think all of us that they are doing this to need to get together and get this stopped.

Several years ago I had a magazine service with *** for some magazines. I tried several times to cancel this service but to this day I am still receiving these magazines. Central Fiscal Service is on my credit report for $1031.00 in collections. I don't feel like I should have to pay for this since I cancelled it. I am trying to get a home equity loan on my mortgage but this is negatively affecting getting the needed funds for my home repairs. Please help me get this removed from my credit report. On 10/3/2022 a report hit my credit and brought my score down by 122 points. The name on the report showed "Central Fiscal Services". On 10/3/2022 I filed a dispute with *** stating that I do not recognize this account On 10/10/2022, I received notice that my dispute was declined On 10/10/2022, I called Central Fiscal Services to get more information and was told that the original debt came from a magazine subscription service company called "***" that I had allegedly subscribed to in March but "stopped making payments". I NEVER subscribed to this service (or any magazine subscription company, ever), and have never heard of this company. There is no phone number on their company website, so I cannot call them to ask for more information.
