Here are two Partners of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe located in Wall New Jersey. They are Yvonne Lowe CPA and Doug Duritza CPA. The Firm is now going by the Name Warner Duritza Lowe & Glassheim.
Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe is being sued for Fraud, Malpractice and more. This Firm is also being sued for harassing and or bullying a woman! So all you ladies out there, sharing is caring. This may prevent future harassment and or Fraud! Share this if you have ever been scammed, harassed or ripped off!
It also very important that this firm has also shared client personal information with other individuals. This is not only unethical but it is also disturbing. I would not trust Warner Duritza Lowe & Glassheim or Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe with a Social Security Number or privileged information.
Yvonne Lowe and Doug Duritza, were Partners of Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe while these illegal activities were occurring.

A. I believe it was 275 an hour.
Q. And what was the non-partner rate
let me rephrase that.
What was your correct billing rate as a
non-partner.

Q. Well, I'm trying to understand what the
non-partner professional rate was at that time. So
whether that's rates that firm used for other
non-partners or for you with certain clients if you
were billed out as a non-partner? I'm trying to
understand the rate structure in a clumsy way.
A. 185 sticks out in my head. I would say
around 185 would be the range.
Q. And that's true from 2000 -- well, let
me ask you: During what time frame were you billed
out as a partner at 275 when you think the correct
rate would have been the non-partner rate of 185?
A. Definitely my last year there.
Q. 2016?
A. Yes, absolutely.
Q. How about before that?
A. I don't know for sure. I know it was
definitely being done in 2016.
Q. We can look at the bills to find out.
A. Okay. There you go.

I have formulated my own opinion about warner Lott Duritza & Lowe and Doug Duritza CPA. My opinion is that Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe are absolutely disgusting. This opinion was formulated because of their egregious behavior. This entire post is an opinion about this firm and their people.

Warner Lott Duritza threatens woman to the point of nervous breakdown

Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe bullied a woman client. This is the most pathetic thing a man can do, scare a woman. This makes me think they are scum. Not only did they harass and bully a woman but Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe also engaged in scaring this woman while her son was battling Cancer.

This the most disgusting thing I have ever known someone to do to a woman.

Horrific, dusgusting and it really tells a story about some of the men at Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe. Seems to me like they me be compensating for some shortcomings.

It was quite easy to have this opinion about Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe because I have read harassing and bullying emails that were sent to a woman by a Warner Lott Duritza & Lowe Partner or Agent.
How pathetic it is when a man picks on and bullies a woman. What kind of man bullies a woman? My opinion, a weak, cowardly, spineless man would bully a woman. There are women who are Partners at this firm and I am of the opinion that they condone their male partner or agents behavior. Yvonne Lowe CPA in my opinion should be ashamed.
