TaxServ Capital Services, LLC is a pretty good company. I tried to call them a few times, but sometimes they don't answer and it's really frustrating. They either hang up on me or put me on hold for a long time without anyone picking up.

I paid TaxServ Capital Services, LLC $1669.80 on March 2, 2022. The people who took my money didn't give me enough info. They said it would take 2 days, then 10 days, then 12 days. I talked to someone who said my file would be done by March 18, 2022, but now they're saying something else. I want them to either do what they said and release my file by March 21, 2022, or give me my money back so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

I got a letter from TaxServ Capital Services LLC on March 1st, 2022. They're saying that my wife and me owe $196.58 by March 31st, 2022. They're saying it's for motor vehicle / property tax that we didn't pay to the town of *** for the tax years 2009 and 2010. But we paid our taxes all the time and never got a notice from the town of *** about that taxes. We even sold our home in April and paid off any taxes due to the town of *** to get a formal lein release from the bank. I went online and saw that other people got similar fake notices from this company. I think they should be investigated both civilly and criminally. Thank you.

So, I got this letter from TaxServ Capital Services LLC and they gave me a number to call for help. I called and talked to "Myra" and she got mad when I asked about not getting a tax bill. I said I could send her my driver's license to show when I moved, but she got mad and wanted me to pay right away. I told her I wasn't arguing about paying, I just wanted to know why I was sent to collections without getting a bill. She hung up on me when I asked for a boss. It was the same thing with Sara and Noreen. They said Robin G was the boss, but she won't talk to people outside. I got charged $87.34 for interest and fees without ever getting a bill. She said that's a city problem and to call them. She said I had to pay, but wouldn't talk about how much. They kept hanging up on me when I called back, even when I called from my home phone. Sara answered and said they wouldn't help me, so stop calling.
