I heard from my buds that CellPhoneUnlocker is da bomb when it comes to unlocking phones, so I decided to give it a shot for my Samsung Galaxy that was gifted to me. This company seems real fishy to me, might be a ripoff. I paid on May 6th, 2019 and still didn't get my code. They even sent me an email saying everything was cool, but no unlock code on my phone. I tried to contact them a whole lot of times asking to cancel my order and get my dough back, but nobody has gotten back to me. I ain't gonna waste my money with them again, you best believe it. So if you're reading this, don't risk it. Find another way to unlock your phone, because these guys are a total waste of time and money.

I made an order on April 9, 2022 from cellphoneunlocker.com. It's been a full eight days since then and I still haven't received an unlock code. I have sent numerous emails to their "support" and they never responded to any of my emails. After several requests for a refund, they still haven't responded. It's unacceptable that a company treats their customers this way.

On Monday, I am going to my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. I have screenshots from their website showing other customers who have been scammed just like me. The best course of action is to show the bank all the evidence and let them decide what they want to do. Maybe they can help protect other customers from being scammed.

This is a serious issue that affects a lot of people. I have also sent everything over to my attorney, who has promised to look into their business license and see if he can get it pulled. It's been like 10 days since I went ahead and purchased my unlock code from CellPhoneUnlocker, and oh boy was I excited to finally get my phone unlocked! But to my great dismay, these guys failed to produce the code and left me in the lurch. I mean, I waited and waited, but nada! So, I decided to email their so-called "support team" and after a while, they informed me that they would have to go through Apple and unlock it for me without charging any extra moolah. To be honest, I was a tad bit annoyed, but I thought to myself, hey it's a good thing that at least I'm not going to be charged extra.

I am beyond frustrated with the service from CellPhoneUnlocker. It's been weeks since I placed my order, and still no code to unlock my phone. I've tried reaching out to their customer service multiple times, but they haven't even bothered to reply to my service ticket. And don't even get me started on their phone line. I've called at least half a dozen times during their advertised working hours, but it always says their agents are too busy to take my call. And when I leave my number, they promise to call me back, but they never do.
