Oh please, celcolm, I beg you! Please at least let me to connect to internet even its speed is unbearable slow. Please do something about it. You make me so sick. I pay every month but I dont deserve what im supposed to get.

Awal tahun guna intrnet celcom terok..hari ini saya mencuba lagi...sememang nye terok.you tube pn xboleh nk tengok..menyesal amat.sebab itu saya lbh galak kan kawan2 nk guna internet guna lah line DG.sehingga ari INI tiada masallah.nk tengok you tube Tanpa masaalah. Sambungan atau bufering..duit yg keluar pn xterasa rugi.tamat tempo penggunaan internet tobattt xkn cuba nk langgan lagi.

dont trust the celcom adverts!And their customer service very bad and rude..One time my friend and I went to my workplace and saw a young man with CELCOM logo on the right side of his crappy jacket. He said to my buddy "Encik, gunalah celcom broadband ia ada UNLIMITED BANDWITH dan mencapai hingga 4 mbps sesaat!" and my friend and i was tricked into the crap that he lied about..we went to the nearest celcom store and the counter girl said...ENCIK BELILAH Celcom Broadband Unlimited package! RM 200 lebih sahaja! So my buddy bought two of them..we went to my house and tried the connection! MAN IT WAS FAST! we were impressed and continued to use it ! After 3 days celcom sent a message to me saying...You have exceeded the 5gb usage we now have the right to control ur speeds thank u! WTF SO MUCH FOR UNLIMITED BAND WITH! that man lied to us and we called and terminated and the girl told me that we will get the freakin money we gave to the crap company the girl said you have to pay 300 rm to terminate sir!because you havent exceeded 1 year yet! and 200more for the charge of terminating too earlY! i was mad as f***! SO PLEASE DONT SUBSRIBE TO SIALCOM BROADBAND!

sangat mendukacitakan broadband service di Gemas Area..my ipad langsung tidak boleh menerima service broadband yang tercanggih di asia...kenapa akhir2 ini service terlalu poor, poor, poor berbandingkan dengan yuran yang 100% perfect...

salam sejahtera...saya pengguna celcom broadband...saya amat berpuashati menggunakan celcom broadband...tetapi semenjak 20hb mac 2011 amat mendukacitakan...dari pagi hingga kepetang saya mengalami kesukaran penyambungan...saya telah pun menghubungi celcom broadband...jawapan yang saya terima...masaalah datang dari tsunami jepun...saya pelik kenapa pengguna broadband jenama lain tidak mempunyai masaalah...kawasan saya bertugas di komplek kastam tanjung kupang, gelang patah, johor...saya percaya pihak celcom dapat menyelesaikan masaalah ini...saya masih ingin menggunakan celcom broadband...saya berharap sangat pihak celcom broadband dapat menyelesaikan masaalah ini segera...ramai rakan rakan saya yang menggunakan celcom broadband...pada saya celcom broadband tetap no 1...

dekat alamat ini: Tmn.Kenanga 13 Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Johor.tak ada coverage untuk celcom broadband.
saya selalu mengalami kesulitan bila online.tolong perluas lagi coverage celcom broadband...
saya tak mau rugi tiap bulan bayar tapi bila nak online tak ada line...
baek saya potong, tukar laen...

Celcom suck! [censor] you celcom! servise mcm sial... line macam puki, , , , , ade line 3G pun tak gune! bukan nyer Laju!
conection lost jer ... dah la masok line "EDGE" padahal ade line HSDPA.. APEKEJADAHNYER?!
Bukannyer aku tak bayar! BUTUH LA CELCOM! TUTUP SHARIKAT LA BODOH!

Celcom is the worst broadband provider in Malaysia today. They simply ignore your complains and leave you frustrated and raised your BP. For now I have terminated my celcom broadband service and opted to other services which gave me better connection. I am happy now.

SAYA BARU 'BELI' B.BAND NI BELUM SAMPAI SEMINGGU LAGI.CONECTNYA BUAT MASA NI AMAT BAGUS.SAYA HARAP SAYA TIDAK MENGALAMI MASALAH SEPERTI PENGGUNA LAIN YANG LAMA2 CONECTNYA 'DAHTAK BERAPA BAGUS'.WALAUPUN PEKAJ MURAH, RM 68 AMAT BERERTI BUAT SAYA.

i am from Ipoh Klebang . i found the connection in my area is very bad these three days.

Saya hadapi masalah connection yang SANGAT SLOW' di area
LABAN RATA RESTHOUSE MOUNT KINABALU RANAU SABAH SEJAK KUAT ANGIN 2 BULAN YANG LALU.. Masalah ini menyusahkan saya untuk menggunakan internet, setiap bulan saya perlu membayar laluan...SEBELUM INI MEMANG ADA LINE 3G TAPI SEKARANG TIADA SUDAH SEJAK 2 BULAN YANG LALU..MUNGKIN PEMANCAR 3G CELCOM TERPESONG.

Awak patut call 1111 utk repot kepada mereka tentang area awak, mereka tak ada probe utk detect mana user ramai, mana user kurang,

self-proclaim je fastest broadband. pengguna sahaja yang begitu naif tertarik pada iklan mereka.

Saya hadapi masalah connection yang sentiasa 'poor' dan 'very poor' di area
Kg.Kenangan, Puchong[47100]tak pernah menerima connection 'good' sejak
menggunakan Celcom broadband 2bulan yang lalu.Masalah ini menyusahkan saya untuk menggunakan internet, setiap bulan saya perlu membayar laluan...pls do something for the best resultz...
