CDI College review: Paralegal

I was attending cdi college online taking a paralegal course. I called student financing to ask for an advance on my second round of funding for the year. Student financing followed through with my request and told me that I would only receive the money I was entitled to and not the colleges intuition money and then in a few daysi had it in my bank account. Sooo fast forward to the middle of the year when its time to pay the school for the other half of the years studies and I m short almost $2000 which I had no idea I would be let alone any money to pay the school at the time even thopugh the school recieved approx $8000 from student financing as planned... Because of me having no money to give them out of my pocket at the time they did not allow me to continue to attend my classes even though I tried to get assignments from other classmates I still wasnt able to log in and submit my work or anything at all and they have this policy I believe if you miss more then 10 days of school u will be kicked out indefinately... I dont think this is fair at all its not like I knew I would be short the money... Also after I had been kicked outta school I read through all the fine print n such and found that if money is to be owed to the school that they are to be able to withhold my diploma until this money is paid back which does seem fair I dont think its fair or right that I have to pay back a $30000 loan for a course I didnt even get to complete what I would like is to either be able to finish the course and then I wouldnt have a problem paying back the loan or I shouldnt have to pay it at all... Soo who do I speak to or how do I go about getting the chance to finish up the paralegal course or getting my loan written off cuz I feel I dont owe because they refused me access to my class n course for those 10 days when all they should have done was what it said in the small print just withhold my diploma not kick me out... Please help I dont know where to go from here.
