My debit card has been in your premises since 07.10.2025 with no one contacting me until I phone on the 31.10.2025. I then received an SMS on 01.11.2025 purporting to deliver on 04.11.2025 between 08 and 16hrs. And no delivery occurred. I then phoned at 16:02 and spoke to Anele who informed me that my card has not been booked out.
I would like to express my deepest disappointment about the appalling service delivery I have experienced ever. This is disgusting.
I will also lodge appalling and disgusting service to FNB.
