Cavaliers Operating Co
Cavaliers Operating Co., LLC had bobble head nights on 3/14/22 and 3/30/22. They said they would send bobble heads to fans who went to those games, but they never did. I tried emailing them a few times, but they didn't answer. They tricked people into buying tickets by saying they would get a bobble head, but they didn't give them out.

I bought tickets for a show in June, but my plans changed when my grand-nephew's graduation got cancelled
I bought tickets for a show in June, but my plans changed when my grand-nephew's graduation got cancelled. The concert got postponed too, but they haven't given a new date yet. I've told them multiple times that I won't be able to make it to the rescheduled show, so I need my money back. I know Ohio has a law that says they have to give refunds for postponed events if people ask for them. But they haven't responded to any of my messages. It's really rude and unprofessional. They should be embarrassed.
I got tix online to see *** on 7/10
I got tix online to see *** on 7/10. Bought them on 5/24 at 1:15pm. But then, on 5/26, I got an email saying the show was postponed. So, I emailed them on 5/26 asking for a refund. They replied on 6/1 saying they won't give refunds now, but will later when they reschedule. It's been 4 months and still no reschedule or refund. I want my money back! They can't just take my cash and not give me what I paid for.
Me and my boy play for a team and we get to go to the rocket mortgage field house every year if we buy tickets for the big game that night
Me and my boy play for a team and we get to go to the rocket mortgage field house every year if we buy tickets for the big game that night. I got 8 tickets for $176 but the game kept getting moved cuz of covid. I asked for a refund and they said I would get it starting January 11th 2022. But then we were able to go to the game so I asked if I could just get my tickets back instead of the refund. Elizabeth said no and I had to buy more tickets. We had fun at the game but I still haven't got my refund and every time I ask they say they're trying to find the money. I just want my $176 back.
