Cavaliers Operating Co., LLC had bobble head nights on 3/14/22 and 3/30/22. They said they would send bobble heads to fans who went to those games, but they never did. I tried emailing them a few times, but they didn't answer. They tricked people into buying tickets by saying they would get a bobble head, but they didn't give them out.

I've told them multiple times that I won't be able to make it to the rescheduled show, so I need my money back. I know Ohio has a law that says they have to give refunds for postponed events if people ask for them. But they haven't responded to any of my messages. It's really rude and unprofessional. They should be embarrassed.

They can't just take my cash and not give me what I paid for.
