On Oct. 23rd, 2019 a Casey's employee stole a $300 lottery ticket from me. From the employee on up through corporate have done nothing but lie, dodge the truth, and then quit responding all together. The whole incident is on tape and it's documented. I'm not the first to have this happen at Casey's, let alone this particular one and I will not be the last unless others speak up to illinois lottery about why this "business " even still has a license to deal in lottery.

Had an employee steal $300 lottery ticket from me on camera, got in trouble at work for going home to look for it as was suggested I do because I lost it and then had Casey's ignore, lie, and do their best to cover this up. They should be fined a significant amount and their lottery license should be pulled. I'm not the first one and won't be the last this has happened to unless there is some action taken.
