Casago review: Sedona

WARNING: DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. We were beyond disappointed. Booked this property to enjoy the outdoor space, but it was unusable due to a significant ant infestation, along with cobwebs and bird droppings throughout the areas. We reported the issue early at check in, but it was never properly addressed or taken care of.
The condition of the outdoor space did not match expectations from the listing, and it had a major impact on our experience. Communication from the host was also frustrating, as the issue remained unresolved during our stay despite being brought to their attention with multiple follow ups. We wish this had been handled differently.
Yelp reviews of this company we wish we saw beforehand. So many horrible reviews for unsanitary properties, strangers entering properties, and no responses from the company -hiding themselves with multiple offices.
