The sad little condo at #19A Pacific Sands Resort in Neskowin, Oregon, USA, mocks everything the big, proud CASAGO claims to stand for. With each step, our shoes stuck to the filthy bathroom and hall floors. With its innumerable stains from drips and puddles of unknown fluids, the carpet could have been salvaged last century from a Hells Angels clubhouse. The tile in the antique tub/shower was covered in black plastic that was gorilla taped to the wall and tub. It gave us shivers to think what it concealed. My companion would not use it. Be careful around the bathroom mirror; only one little plastic clip prevents it from falling, shattering and slashing anyone nearby. The corroded old bedside lights could be a fire hazard if used. (We found them unplugged and without bulbs. So why didn’t management just take them to the landfill?) Speaking of landfill, the old wicker furniture and rusty serving cart may have come from there. The online photos show an ocean view from a second-floor deck - a deck that you get to share with any next-door tenants. We sent photos to CASAGO. We had respectful conversation. We politely requested a refund. CASAGO said “No” because we didn’t immediately contact them so they could respond to our issues - as if they could fix this mess in a few minutes. So we got zero from CASAGO. It would only be fair to award a Zero Star rating. Save your vacation. Just say “No” to CASAGO.
Recommendation: Just say "No" to Casago
