Casago review: Nightmare rental unacceptable resolution

I booked a 5‑night Airbnb for over $1,800 and had to evacuate after the first night due to serious habitability issues. Massive ant infestation, undisclosed lack of a/c and not service dog friendly. Unsafe, uninhabitable. The host, CaSago SoCal, refunded only $750. I was left covering the cost of emergency lodging for the rest of my trip. Totally unacceptable. I will never rent from Airbnb or CaSago again.

Recommendation: DO NOT RENT FROM CASAGO!
