As I was making reservations with these people, and gave my credit card for $225- which was a deposit and refundable deposit for the hotel, the customer service rep turned extremely nasty which then I got such a bad taste, that I canceled immediately same phone call with him, and he promised my money back in 60 days. Its been over 60 days and no money back. I've tried calling 3 times to Karen, ext 7548 and the manage Julio ext 7530. I left detailed messages and they don't call back. They have kept the money. Karen had called me and was very nice and apologized for the bad behavior of the first rep and said she would personally take care of me and that I had time to book for 2026 and after leaving 2 messages for her in a 2 week period, she is AWOL. I'm not legally allowed to call them crooks. But I will spread the word to BEWARE and use a credit card to dispute these charges as it is in writing. Stay away from these people.
