Casablanca Express review: I’d give zero stars if I could

I “won” a two night hotel experience through a water company who mailed a scratch ticket to gain customers (which I’m equally as disappointed in). Every ticket was clearly a winner and the prize was a trash hotel experience with this sketchy company. This whole booking experience has been nothing but frustrating. Trip is in less than two weeks and they called with the booking of the MOTEL we would be staying in Toronto. They ultimately wanted me to cancel the whole time or upgrade which was going to cost me $200 to an actual hotel … Avoid at all costs. I’m now waiting 2-3 weeks for my $75 deposit to be returned in the mail. I’ll be shocked if that actually arrives. So much for “winning” anything. Shut this company down
