I've been having an issue with The tracking device on my car draining my battery since last week, so I contacted cartrack they adviced me to test my battery, that was done, so they booked a technician to come and check the unit in my car, but they never pitch to appointments, and don't even inform me, I always have to call them, and they give me excuses like, the Technician was booked for another Gig, how does that happen, when they did not even communicate with me, now am having a problem of having to jump start my car every morning when I go to work and that's not fair
