Eagle Towing

My car got towed by Eagle Towing on Friday 10/22 while I was shopping in ***, . I didn't know that I parked in a tow away zone. The next day when I went to pick up my car, I saw that there was damage to the bottom of my car. It was clear that Eagle caused the damage, but they denied it. They didn't want to report it to their insurance company to investigate my claim. When I finally talked to the manager, he said that I was lying because I was mad that my car got towed. Eagle said that I couldn't do anything except sue them. It's really bad because this should be an easy and cheap liability claim. I have to sue them now, and I'll keep updating this website.

Eagle Towing, LLC is a bad towing company. They towed my truck from my driveway without any warning. There are no signs around here except for a dumping sign. I had to call thirty places to find out where my truck was. The lady on the phone was mean and said it would cost me 300 dollars to get my truck back. They shouldn't have towed it in the first place. They drive around here and tow ten to twelve cars and park them in the church next door. This is a crime. They towed my truck because they thought it looked ugly and was too big. We rent here for 1000 dollars a month and it's private property. They towed more cars today without any tickets or warnings.

I had a bad day today and things got worse when I went to the grocery store with my family. I forgot my phone in the car and when my wife got a call about our car being towed, I was shocked. Our car was on private property and not causing any trouble, but it was gone without any warning or notice. I felt like I was robbed on the highway. I was really upset because the car had just been serviced with a new transfer case. The tow operator damaged my car by ripping off the exhaust hangars and breaking my mechanics jack. The front driveshaft was also damaged. I didn't deserve this and it's sad to have something nice and then have it taken away. The service was absolutely unprofessional.
