It disappoints me that this business does not trust its long time customers

This is the third time this has happened. Business contacted other family members talking to them about my account information with them. I have a loan with this business. What I have as collateral on the loan should not be discussed with another family member. I have done business with this company for years. Until now they have been great to do business with. As many loans as I have had with them, of course I have been late on some payments, but it seems like by now they could have more trust in their customers than they have. It disappoints me that this business does not trust its long time customers.
