Awaiting a refund for an online delivery since 1 month. The order was cancelled on time and was never delivered. There has been no progress till date although I make calls on Daly basis to get an update. The customer care agent ensures that they will follow up on emergency basis and till date I haven't got a call back. My complaint reference number is 1215885. It's frustrating and disappointing to see the case being treated. To get an update from a department does it take a month.? Please take up the matter to a higher authority.
