CarMax review: 2018 jeep grand cherokee overland

I unfortunately purchased this car from Carmack after they trashed my credit and lied to me about it by selling my information to to 237 companies repeatedly, without my permission. I was basically stuck because I needed a car. They charged me 33, 000+ of which I put down 10, 000. By the time they raped me with financing I now owe them 58, 000 grand over that. Within the first 30. days the car had to be taken back with 37 listed items wrong and now they claim they can't replicate what I said was wrong when clearly hundreds of people prior to me have had the same issues. I spent weeks trying to get them to listen and they claim Im lying and won't give me back my money. They said the best they would do is trade it for something else. I don't want another piece of trash car. I want what I was promised. This car literally shut off at 60 mph in traffic on a freeway. The trunk opens on its own without warning and won't start after auto shutoff at a stoplight and there is so much more. They allege they sent it to the dealership and yet have 0 paperwork to prove it. And as if that wasn't enough the vin on my car comes back as 2 different vehicles. I'm so angry I can't see straight. Please take head and stay away from here. They just rip you off. Useless, will not answer the phone, trash your credit, lie until you finally give up and no customer service. To boot when all of this was going on they left me to fight with the rental company over getting a car I could drive. I hate CarMax and regret ever having considered them. My next call is to a lawyer.
