Carflexicar rental

I made a car rental at Brussels airport REF. CFLAL01
at arrival i could not find a desk or contact person from Car flexi.
I was looking up and down and after half an hour i decided to take the train and rented a car in Gent.
To my surprise I received a mail from Carflexi to ask me about my experience!!?
It would be nice if I could receive back the money i Paid for not receiving a car.
