I booked a careem today with this Suzuki cultus 9173 Muhammad Khalid. I told him to pick an elderly lady and make.the best shortest route as possible in order to avoid rush n extra payment I tried guide him the route and, he was shouting why you saying such stuff to me ap Pehle asa kar rahi what you do later. I told him it's my duty to tell u guide you best and you should watch the tone or else I'll complain . He said go ahead do the complain I'll see who can say me anything . I.said ok I'll complain and he said I'll not ride I said ok cancel it . He cancelled abused me begerat aurat dafa ho and then went off.
Is this the way these ppl and your company operate . A couple of days back I.faced same.thing he kept standing at the street behind.my home n said can't find home.

This today happening is.beyond my tolerance . In start you have some really good qualified people as drivers but now.some cheap idiots who are rude and abusive to customers just bcz the customer is trying to tell them. I am attaching his profile and details on the complaint .

I am really annoyed after been.abused by some nonsense third rated man. People who are abusive to ladies.specially should no.longer b having thing to.drive . I.had to contact uber and I got v decent response . After such insult by careem, I'm highly disappointed . I.was regular customer .

I booked Careem Car but the driver wasted my time and never reached my place. When I told him to stay where he is and I shall approach him, he ran away before I reached there without informing. Furthermore, my Careem Wallet Balance was deducted from around PKR 329 to PKR 284. I want a return of my difference money and action against the driver for miscommitment.

Dear I was working with a n g o as finance clerk and salary was 33000 but I saw a add of Careem and income of Careem so I decided to move in careem.
Before purchasing my own car I start working with careem as captain on 22 Jul 2017 and on 5 Aug careem representative called me that you are blocked with out any warning intimision ...that is not fair at all imp is not earning I will join uber but i request my family members to join careem as vendor I insist my friends to join careem what I will reply to them careem blocked me ?

I Used Careem cab Service Through "Android App" At 07:15 AM Dated 05 SEP 2017 For Which Booking Reference Was [protected] . (Photo Evidence Attached).
Careem Assigned The Captain "Awais Liaqat" Having Cell Phone Number [protected] And car Number 0312.

It Was Booked From Barkat Market Lahore to Sharif Medical And Dental College Lahore.

During The Ride He Keep Asking Unnecessary Questions to Start A Conversation And After Drop Off Send Me A Text "Can I Save Your Number"

Is This Allowable according The Rule book Of Careem? As Per Me I Will Not Trust Them Anymore If They Have Such Immoral Captains.

My last experience (booking reference: [protected] dated 05 September, 2017) was really awful. I booked a ride using 'ride later' option to drop me off at Airport. I also received confirmation message including driver information few hours before the scheduled pick up time.
Since there was no contact made by the driver till pick up time, I called him at his mobile and he assured me to reach within 10 minutes. I waited for 25 more minutes but still there was no car there. I called driver again since I was getting late but to my surprise, the driver told me that he didn't receive any message/alert from Careem for my booking and he had no idea about me and that he was with another passenger at that time and can't just entertain my request.
I lost precious time and had to rush to book another driver from Uber and hardly manage to reach before my flight boarding time.
I am sorry to say that this is not the only bad experience I had during my last Pakistan visit, I faced a big issue with another driver couple of days before this incident. However, I tried Careem again ignoring my previous bad experience that it might be due to personal wrong doing on part of a driver. However, due to recurring bad experiences with Careem, I am not interested to use Careem anymore (except for some emergency situation). I am sorry if that is not something you wanted to know ….
I will send a separate complaint email regarding my other very bad experience in detail.

On 5th Sept I travelled from F-11 to Islamabad airport, Pakistan and deposited Rs. 1000 but the same does not appear in my receipt. Driver details are as under

I lodged a complaint through email with your Pakistan office but no satisfactory response received. Very slow and disappointing experience.

I hired careem from the destination (mousamiayaat University road) to the destination point landhi no 1 on Sunday 03/08/2017. I called Mr Masroof Sultan Temuri after booking i called hi and he said i am coming but after 4 5 minuts and he called me and he said my car punchured that's why I cannot come plz cancle and book another car i said you cancle because you are not coming he said ok i cancle after 2 3 minuts I got message from careem that "Your Careem is here. Captain is masroof sultan temuri, +[protected]. Suzuki Alto Go, White, AVB-675. Have a pleasant ride!" still my account showing approx 405 rupees after approx 10 minuts one more message I got your driver cancelled your ride as mentioned below, then i checked my balance PKR 120 was deduct i want to ask you why this is happen the car not came to my desitination captain was cancle the ride so why my amount deduct.

Yesterday my family higher your service for airport & your captain drop them in 45 mints from F.B Area because he took longest route from Super High to earn more why you guys dont check out or educate them not to cheat prime customer.

your captains' making money with your platform & spoiling your reputation. Kindly look into this. F.B Area to Airport distance is hardly 15 KM as per google Map & from super Highway is about 35KM. i am send you snop shot for your checking

I hired careem from the destination (Cavish Court) to the destination point 13 street khayaban-e- nishat on Monday 07/08/2017. I called Mr Yasir Khan and he said he could not be able to come to my destination to pick me up because he got stuck in traffic jam near Awaami marqaz and as a result, i told him to cancel my ride and i got message from careem that your driver cancelled your ride as mentioned below. However, my careem account is still showing balance of Rs 109 approximately to be recovered.

First message was after hiring careem driver through app:
Your careem is here.
Captain is Yasir Khan, [protected] Suzuki Go Cultus, Silver, AYN-609.Have a pleasant ride.

After cancelling ride by captain, message was:
Your careem booking has been cancelled by the captain. Please try to book again.

Now i need to avail your facility but i couldnot do so because of above mentioned event.

Kindly resolve my issue as early as possible to avail your facility.

today i book a ride, and i cll the caption 3 time that how long caption will take and i feel so bad that after 10 mintues without informing me he did come to my point and he didnt answer my phone and i was shocked when i saw him on mape that he left and compamy charge me 120 rupes although it was not my mstake hope that you will do the need full

Hi sir aaj mene dost ko ek raid book kia tha ghr sy..atleast 9 kilometer raid hwa tha jiski total charges 85+81+34(waiting charges)=200 charges ane thay lakin careem captain ne mere dost sy 370 charges lea hai ..moje na email aya hai careem ki taraf sy or na careem app main my raid main msg aya or na mobile pe msg aya hai so plz moje extra charges wapis kary .thank u .mere pass screen shot proof b hai ...my contact no [protected]

Yesterday, we called a careem ride he arrived after an hour in location which was far away from us and then he said wait I'm coming but he didn't came and after 1 and half hour he told us i can't come just cancel your ride... That's not the way he made us wait that long and now if we are gonna be canceling our ride we are going to have penalty cause he showed arrived to company even he wasn't.. So that's why i request careem service to put action on those drivers who are doing fraud with customers.. Thanks

I would like to state that, I am a new user of careem the last ride was so disappointed we wanted to go Tower from Gulshan-e -iqbal, but rider/captain took the wrong way and we got Rs897 bill which was very huge amount for a nominal family afterwards we try to convinced rider do negotiate with us but he refused then we jusy paid maximum fare which was 500Rs.when i open the app i was charged -393Rs..

I forget my account password. When I click on forget password and enter email. A pop up shows.. We r unable to complete ur process.. This [censor] I m facing about 6 months.. Please inprove ur services.. I changed my cell phone if something happening due to my cell phone.. So I changed it now.. But the error was still the same.. Its ur responsibilty to resolve this issue on emergency basis.. Thanks

I have a worst experience on sunday (04 June, 2017 from Aladdin to Saman abad Karachi), driver was not reached and app showed arrival. I was waited there for 30 minutes and made so many calls but no one attended neither came, finally ride was cancelled by the driver and penality was charged from my account (94 Rupees). I am attaching here snapshots of that trip which was cancelled by the rider. The day before sunday I have booked careema and the same situation was happened and the same driver was supposed to pick me from Fidai medical to Saman abad, I was with patient and waited there around 20 minutes but at that time no penalty was charged in fact the booking was cancelled by the driver.
Kindly fix the matter.
