Careem — captain's phone inactive resulted in negative balance in my account.
My name is Shoaib Zubairi and I am a student. I booked a Careem on 23rd April from Emporium Mall to Greenhall Academy Johar Town via "Ride Later" option. My captain was Adnan Bashir and my car was a Black Honda City. Plate# LWN 0450. GO+ class was selected. The captain accidentally cancelled my booking because his phone wasn't responding. Today I opened the app and had 400 PKR in negative balance. An e-mail was also sent by Careem saying that "I" cancelled the booking which is indeed false, the captain did while I was in the car. I paid 150 PKR for only travelling 1km. Hoping to get a positive balance, I got a negative balance of 400 PKR. Please fix this. Thanks in advance
