J.T. Auto Group I got a used car from J

I got a used car from J.T. Auto Group. The sales manager, ***, said I could bring it back if my mechanic found any issues. But after 2 days, my mechanic said the starter needs to be changed. I talked to *** and he sent me to the service department. I've been calling and emailing them 10-15 times, but they're not responding. I'm really let down.

J.T. Auto Group I bought a car from J

I bought a car from J.T. Auto Group in 2016. On 4/17, the car had 79123 miles and the transmission went out at 81380. On the second day, I had to buy a new battery. On the third day, I had to replace one tire. I let the dealership know, but I fixed it myself. I have no complaints about the transmission. When I went back to talk to the manager, he talked to the salesman and relayed the message back to me. The manager was in the next room and called the main dealership to ask to speak to the owner. He got the manager and told him what was going on. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to me. It's been four days and I haven't heard anything. It cost $2900 to fix. I told the manager I would be happy if they paid $1000. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to me, but he never did. I understand there is no warranty, but if the transmission or motor fails within 45 days, I think it's fair to ask for help to fix it. Thank you.

J.T. Auto Group I bought a $30,00 truck from J

I bought a $30,00 truck from J.T. Auto Group and after 6 months, the truck needed a new engine. I talked to the owner *** and he was really mean. When I asked him if this is how he does business in his community, he didn't care that we are ***. I also told him about all his bad reviews and previous ComplaintsBoard.com complaints, but he said it doesn't hurt his business. If you want a good used car, go somewhere else. You will get ***. Do your research too, because many others have also been cheated. This dealership has no accountability, so he will keep selling bad cars and we will keep ***.

J.T. Auto Group This company needs to improve by fixing warranty problems

This company needs to improve by fixing warranty problems. I bought a 2015 Colorado with only 96,000 miles on Oct 15th. The sales team at TAZ, an affiliate of JT Auto Group, worked hard to get me into this truck, but my credit score made it tough. In the first week, I noticed a brake issue that I didn't see during my test drive. The service team found the problem was with the brake booster and kept my truck for a few days waiting for the part to arrive. I had to rent a vehicle for that week, but the charge from the service center was only $1. The following weekend, I took my truck for an oil change with a different local garage and was told of a transmission leak. I made a Saturday appointment the following week with JT's service center to fix the leak and top off the fluid. The leak was a loose supply line, but the fluid wasn't topped off because it required a charge and I was in between payweeks. So a second appointment was scheduled for the following Saturday. I came the Friday before my scheduled appointment, and the service team found more serious issues with my transmission. It would take a minimum of 20 hours to find and fix the problem. So, a third appointment was made for the following Monday. That morning, the service manager was already resolving the problem, but the lot owner refused to correct my transmission issue because I was beyond my warranty by 40 miles. This was all in less than 30 days after I took delivery. The sales and service teams are great, but the ownership needs work. Don't buy here without a full mechanical inspection.
