Quick Parts Calgary Alberta ; Ordered parts for a honda hrv, when parts arrived we did not recievce the brackets for the rebar, rebar was not even for the vehicle stated, fog lamps were broken (not usable), replacement fog lamps that were sent were for a crv not hrv. Does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. so after many request for a refund on parts we can not use we are told would be credit only.
Desired outcome: Have requested a full refund as we are unable to use the parts for this vehicle , which is also putting repair completion date behind
