Captain Jack Casino review: Payment not received

On December 19, 2025, I requested a $1,000 withdrawal from Captain Jack Casino. I submitted all required verification documents, including my ID and Bitcoin wallet information. Instead of processing my payment, the casino asked me to “confirm my relationship” with individuals named Jesus, Favella, and Justin — none of whom have any connection to me or my account. This is not part of any standard KYC process and appears to be a stalling tactic to avoid paying out my winnings. I have documented all communication and delays. My $1,000 payment has still not been received, and I am requesting immediate release of my funds and a formal explanation for these inappropriate verification demands
