My husband and I are seniors who really enjoy Captain D's here in Lincolnton, NC. We frequent Captain D's several times a month and especially enjoy the senior meals.

Yesterday I picked up a 10 piece Shrimp dinner for my husband. When I opened the box I was very disappointed, the shrimp were almost burnt, and really hard and crispy. I think they had been cooked and re-heated several times. It was too much trouble to take back so we ate what we could and tossed the rest. Not the quality we are used too.

Desired outcome: Please refund or a coupon for a free shrimp dinner.
