It was May 2, 2022 at 1:00 pm when I ordered a 3-piece country-style fish dinner and they gave me instead the regular flour fried fish. Apparently, the cooks weren't paying attention when the cashier told them specifically, "Three country-style." This happened at Captain D's in Jasper, Alabama.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response and an apology.
