A stay at home Mom with five children, booked a room, not knowing it was a rundown timeshare owned by Grand Pacific Resorts, with a notorious beach Doheny, that's known for raw sewage spills, rip currents that will pull you out deep into an ocean, devoid of lifeguards. While none of our kids drown, thank God, my 3.5-year-old found hypodermic needles around the property, because crackheads love the beach too, and this place is affordable.
