Egregious business practices
Upon checking in you can see that the home is not maintained, cleaned properly, and the pictures misrepresent the location and setting.
When we initially walked into the home, we discovered blood on the bed, diarrhea on the bathroom floor, possibly salsa on the countertop, and throw up in the bathtub.
After $650 for a cleaning fee and $8300 total for a rental for four days, you have an expectation for a cleaner house that this. The ac didn't work so it was 95 degrees inside and when they couldn't fix it, we had to move 10 bedrooms worth of stuff to another rental property.
Dealing with their Philaphine-based service team became a nightmare since they don't have accurate information, and are delayed in responding, and use broken English. We were at the front door to check in for 40 minutes because they didn't have the gate code.
They had the audacity to ask for photograph proof when several of the lights didn't have bulbs and when we asked to check out later than 10am, they wanted $500.
Most egregious, when we asked for an appropriate refund for the first day, which we spent requesting help and responding to their service team in 95 degree heat, they said only can do a credit to a future stay. I will never stay again after this experience.
Desired outcome: refund, not credit for a future stay, of the cleaning fee and first day's expense $1600
