May 7, 2026 I order and pre-paid for 3 tee-shirts from their site. Order # CF1430. I received the 3 shirts and they were not true to size and I attempted to contact the company via phone and email and facebook post.
I've had no response at all. Their facebook policies stated that I needed to have pre-approval to return the items for refund. The total amount I paid was $88.77. Their policy states returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted. I've left numerous phone messages, and emailed the company. They state on facebook their hours of operation is M-F 9am-18pm; Weekends 9am-17pm, Phone: [protected]; for refund or exchange their contact is: [protected]@capfever.com
There has been no professional help to me from this company on refunds or exchanges.
Claimed loss: $ 88.77
Desired outcome: Refund for amount paid and I will return all 3 shirts.
