Canara Bank review: wrong deduction towards closing of saving account 69

i am tryying to activate my debit card from usa . unable to do so. customer care is not answering the phone .and system won't lrt me choose usa mobile number

Canara Bank Brahmeswar Patna Branch Bhubaneswar IFSC code is CNRB0004912 is a worst branch. No employees work properly, they are very casual about customer . Every work is very delay. Their behavior also very bad. Please do needful.

Please tell them to co operate and guide right with the customer's through good communication as well as behavior. I look forward to see the same with employees.

What to do

An amount of rs 1000 is deducted from my account but the money doesnot dispense out of the atm machine so plese look into this matter

One of the worst things I have observed regarding Canara Bank, Executives or other Officials at various stages (Branch, Circle Office and Head Office) are not having habit of attending eMails received. Minimum they do not acknowledge mails received. I have sent 15 mails to various Offices/Branches informing the serious irregularities observed in their business from May, 2019 to till date. Atleast my mails are not acnowledged, forget about corrective action initiated.

That is the Professionalism prevalent in Canara Bank.

Since all my mails exposes fraudulant activities and as there is no response from Canara Bank's side my next step is to forwrad all these mails to CVO, Govt of India, RBI and MoF.

I will wait till 30th September 2019 for a positive response from the Bank. On 2nd October, 2019 my next step as mentioned above will be initiated.

While registering the internet banking it is asking for ATM Card Number. I am not having ATM Card. How can I register online. It shows that if you are not having ATM, you can not able to register. It is not correct. Is there any other way or otherwise correct the software.

Net banking service provided by the Canara bank to its customers is very worst. No proper UI design, no user friendly design. How come a bank will keep such worst application for its customer. Better to withdraw the service and re-construct it right from scratch. Not at all happy with Canara bank.
