I am SB A/c No [protected] and its ATM Card No. [protected] of Canara Bank Sasni Gate, Aligarh, U.P., India. On 22-11-2018 my son Ritik Saxena withdraw 9000/- through her ATM from HDFC ATM, Agra Road, Aligarh, U.P. On that time a another person also stand and watch all and activities and how he took the ATM he did not know and after few minutes he withdraw 10000 and 2000 another Branch Canara Bank Ramghat Road, Aligarh. On 27-11-2018 when my son deposited Rs. 3000/- in her account then he found rest amount 12000/- is not in her account then he contact the concern clerk the said clerk said two transaction is done through your ATM and he also suggest to block ATM and do accordingly. But he did not received the complaint of her. When he went to Canara Bank Ramghat Road Branch and said that please saw the footage of the culprit he is not support me and return without any help. I am unable what I do in this regard. Please do the needful and help me in this regard. I also sent a speed post letter to SSP Aligarh on 30-11-2018 and its receipt No. is EU38213875IN

Hi mam last Sunday I used my Canara card for 3000rs from ATM but it showed transaction not processed but in my account 3000 has been debited . I actually called up customer care number they informed me that they will refund the amount in 24 hour but still I didn't get the amount . Do the needful ASAP and tell me the amount to be refunded. Hi I'm deepika.. 24 that October I booked the tickets in IRTC.. But that was cancelled and amount deducted RS 1400.. IRTC peoples is telling already they are refunded the amount RS 1400.. manager ko comlent 4 baar kar chuka hoo, lekin koi bhi responce nahi mila hai, bataiye mai kya karu
please mere cheque ko bapas dilwane mai meri help karen, ya iske liye bhi mujhe consumer court jana padega.
please manager ke kilaf bhi action lene ka kast karen.

The person on counter no. 3 at around 1:30 pm today is behaving very badly. And he dont know how to behave with customer. The experience of service is very bad given by him. I asked him about reccuring account.
Please teach him manners. I am staying in dubai and regularly using canara bank account, reccuring account and his behaviour is like road side illiterate people.
I am very much surprised how these people got selected in such a reputed brand.

Im Joseph Xavier, my savings account number [protected] branch fort cochin, ernakulam, kerala. I bought a mobile of Rs 29999 from Amazon using my rupay debit card on 9th October, i cancelled my order on the very next day (10th October ) due to an issue. I had an email from amazon saying my refund for the sum has been successfully processed and it will take 3-5 business days as it was a debit card purchase. The email i received is giving below.

Hello,

Your refund of Rs.29999.00 has been processed successfully on 2018-10-10. The amount should reflect in your account by 2018-10-22.

The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is [protected].

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank's customer care and mention the above Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank's customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. In this mail it says my money will be credited on 22nd October. But till now i didn't received my sum in my account. I contacted customer care of my bank (canara bank) and they are not even taking my call. I don't know why is it taking so long.

Please do resolve my problem as soon as possible.

Credit card no [protected] 8002card not used since MAY 18 since I was in USA and returned to India only on 10th October 18. CARD is intact with me and I have not disclosed number or password to anyone. BUT fraudulent transactions have taken place in my account to the tune of Rs.60000/ Bank has to look into the matter and take remedial steps and refund mymoney

I had booked a train ticket in ixigo app.while booking the money had been deduced and booking had cancelled.and they said that they will refund the money to the orginal mode of payment(canara bank debit card) on or before 17th.but days gone. So I contact them through mail. they send a PDF where the PDF says a correct details of mine.and it shows the all detail contain transaction ID, Arn number, etc and it says refund has completed on10.10.2018.but money not yet came to my account. I had contact the customer care and ATM of Canara bank. They said no transaction had happened.please help me sir

I am pretty serious about this.
I have deposited 14 notes of 2000rs denominations in the atm machine of Canara bank south end road branch.
If any note is missing then I am going to take severe action.
I will be checking with the branch manager of Canara bank on Saturday.
If even 1 note is missing, then I will raise a complaint again here.
That atm machine needs to be removed of canara bank.

Unethical response, although i am an account holder since 1978 in canara Bank, Shenoy nagar, chennai.
Time is a main factor, they do not give a proper response from any of the staff in the branch.
/i need to spend a half day to update a passbook etc.
My father is 78 years old, They are supposed to give respect to his age and experience which lags in them.

Further, we have two FDR detail as under:-

Due to holiday (13.10.2018 & 14.10.2018) saturday and sunday I have submitted both FDR For renewal on dt.12.10.2018. On dt. 15.10.2018 when I collected the FDR I found that they have renew the same on dt.12.10.2018 and deducted penalty and interest .Rs.3952+2037=5989/-.
We request you to kindly look into the matter personally and do favour and reverse the penalty In our Saving account with you. (S.a/c no. [protected] & [protected]).

My netbanking finanacial service is not enabled so i have called my branch bank rt nagar there on monday i spoke with mr.jitendar they said me to email them on ther bank mail id [protected]@canarabank.com i have mailed all the details as he stated he said around 11 in the morning that financial services will be activated around 3 he didnt do it then til 4 he said he wil do over the call i kept on waiting then he went of they said on call then tuesday was holiday so today 3/10/2018 morning i again called bank some lady picked up and lieng that mr.jitendar is not in bank they are outside i stated i want to speak to them then she gave cal to him he said in an hour he will get it done aound 10.30 he said again now its 1.44 i calld bank again that lady saying he is not at the bank i scolded her then she spoke with him and telling bank server issue am not getting solution for this as the bank employee is not ready to get it done and lieing that he is not available am facing issue with this not getting proper action customer care people say go to ur branch and branch employees doing as such.my number [protected] or [protected]

An deposit receipt issue from Canara bank, Nayaganj branch, Hathras IFSC code CNRB0000881, during Nov.-Dec.2002 amounting Rs.20000/- in the name of Mrs. Vijay Laxmi Singhal dob 03-10-1950 w/o OP Singhal resident c/o Bhagwatiprasad Sharma Bhurjiyan Hathras was open as locker security on the allotment of one small locker in.my name. Locker was surrender long back and security depisit as Fix Deposit was continued .
Fix depisit receipt is now misplaced and not traceble at my end .

Currently I reside in USA.
I requested chittapur, Gulbarga branch manager to send me past 2 years statement which would help me close the account. But i did not get any response.

No matter ho much we follow up on the update, he has failed to update us with any status of the NRI Account.
Recently I recived a mail from Canara bank stating that I collect my cheque book. I reside in Dubai, UAE. so I emailed him again, asking where do I collect it from or is there anyway I can send someone who is already in india to collect it from the bank and what are the procedures. I sent this mail on 23rd September. Still, haven't received any response.

Aadhaar number inactive with SBI bank. Please update KYC in bank.as per NPCI circular No.251 Dated 27/10/2017 each bank have given IIN number . In Aadhaar inactive case we get the following information :
Customer has to visit his/her bank branch in person and submit the duly filled customer consent form (Annexure I). Based on the consent form Bank should seed Aadhaar number in NPCI mapper database.

I got a reply I will get refund in 45 days.
But Mrs usha shetty from mangalore has been doging my calls and not responding to my query.
I need my refund as soon as possible. It's really pathetic to see unprofessional behaviour.

I am a user of credit card of Canara bank. My email id has been blocked by the bank at the time of my retirement from bank. I request for change of email id several times with number of emails but the matter is still pending and pay no attention towards it. The earlier email id has been changed by my pension disbursing branch in system. Kindly do the needful as I am not getting any account statement since Las one year.
