Canadian Tire review: automotive parts ordered yet they did not order!

Week and a half ago ordered some parts since they don't have them locally (what's new?) gave the information of the item and the CSR even said it will be here in 5 business days two weeks past call them if the part is in says no record of it, not even a clue. the technician on the phone don't even understand the item I was trying to order gave information on their website still no idea is the people that are supposed to help you not well informed? gave the part number on the website still can not see the item and giving me a different item instead. If I can find that fool that ordered the part he should get fired!
