Camping World review: No communication, misinformation, not helpful, bad customer service,

run away from this dealership camping world in colfax nc. i felt taken advantage of when i was purchasing 14 ft. rv. sales lady wanted money down, do walk through before i even had the financing through my bank on the first few days. for almost 3 wks. i was ignored, no communication, misinformation, no contact. i had to continually contact them. always excuses why they could not answer the phone or help me. they did not send the documents needed to the bank. i had to call several times regarding documents and other issues of not contacting me, in regard to changes made that i was not aware of. i had enough so i started calling the bank to get them involved in the issues i was having with camping world in colfax nc. i kept calling camping world to speak with sales lady gabby, and she kept making excuses of why she did not call, why brian the finance manager , jeff the general manager, shawn the sales manager. none of these people were ever involved in heling to get this rv sold to me. until finally i kept calling them and the bank to get his resolved. on oct. 10, 2025 i heard from finance manager brian and general manager jeff. i cancelled the contract on the rv. jeff said i needed to call the bank to get the checks returned, because camping world had reguested more money from the bank, and was changing everything. i told them to cancel conctract and return the checks to bank. he said i had to call bank and request jeff to return check. i called jeff and told him no you have the check and you are the responsible for returning the check . not me. i dont have the check. never buy from this dealership again. they dont care about the cutomer. i am sure they will have a nefative comment to make about me or a different version but my story is the truth.
